Principal, Revenue Strategy & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Principal, Revenue Strategy & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape the measurement approach and analytical foundation for revenue and GTM performance across the organization. You will partner closely with revenue operations, sales leadership, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insight. The position also plays a key role in advancing AI-enabled analytics use cases that improve planning, decision-making, and executive visibility. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,000 – $221,430 annually Responsibilities Own the GTM revenue analytics framework and methodologies Define scalable measurement frameworks for revenue-related metrics Partner with teams to ensure data quality and readiness for analytics Lead analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through executive-level delivery Serve as an analytical advisor on revenue performance insights Develop insights for pipeline reviews and GTM planning discussions Advance the GTM strategy AI roadmap with actionable AI use cases Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Intelligence, or related fields Experience building KPI frameworks, data models, and governance practices Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and dashboard design Strong SQL skills with knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks Familiarity with Salesforce data and B2B sales processes Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments Benefits Comprehensive health and financial benefits for employees Time away policies to support work-life balance Everyday wellness initiatives to promote overall health Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
