About the role
The Principal Reliability Advisor will be responsible for driving reliability initiatives across the organization, ensuring optimal performance of critical systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve system uptime and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks affecting system reliability.
- Monitor and report on reliability metrics to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or related field.
- Experience with reliability tools and methodologies such as FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
