Oracle Compliance is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. This full-time role focuses on end-to-end intake of new compliance programs, including gap assessments, regulatory change analysis, and compliance automation to maintain high compliance standards while improving organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end intake of new compliance and regulatory requests, including assessment of adoption feasibility for Oracle Cloud products.
- Perform gap assessments to determine if Oracle Cloud products meet required controls and regulatory obligations.
- Present recommendations to leadership on regulatory changes and compliance program adoption.
- Translate regulatory requirements into operational and technical obligations for Oracle Cloud products and services.
- Evaluate the practicality, scalability, and alignment of compliance requests with Oracle’s overall compliance strategy.
- Support broader Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, including development of a Unified Control Framework for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Contribute to Oracle’s future compliance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage multiple projects and deliver on key initiatives.
Skills
- 8+ years of audit program management experience with a “Big 4” or mid-level accounting firm.
- 4+ years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27000 Series, PCI DSS, SOC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to explain complex auditing topics to non-expert audiences.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bias toward action, flexibility, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI).
- Professional certification in regulatory compliance (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP).
Pay
Hiring range: $91,400 – $187,000 USD per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
