Principal Quantitative Analyst - Performance & Investment Insights

About the role

As a Principal Quantitative Analyst within the Performance Measurement & Analysis Product Area, you will leverage investment performance, business, and market data to generate actionable insights that support key business partners, including Sales, Finance, Product, and Strategy. You will be a member of a small team tasked with generating unique and actionable insights from the vast set of performance and related datasets, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Strategy, Finance, and Data teams across multiple Fidelity business units to identify opportunities, answer critical business questions, and drive data‑informed decision‑making. You will identify trends, discover opportunities, and develop data‑driven recommendations that help inform strategic decision‑making across Fidelity. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
