Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager for civil, water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure projects of varying size and complexity
- Lead project planning, scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
- Oversee technical deliverables related to:
- Environmental and general civil engineering projects
- Water and wastewater treatment and conveyance systems
- Drainage, stormwater, and flood resilience infrastructure
- Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and subconsultants
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Cover coordination with local, state, and federal agencies to support permitting and compliance requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards
- Support proposal development, project pursuits, and business development efforts as needed
- Apply regional knowledge of Louisiana and Gulf Coast infrastructure challenges, including resiliency, environmental constraints, and regulatory considerations
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Approximately 15 years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a strong focus on water, wastewater, environmental, and general civil projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Louisiana preferred or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure, public works, and environmental systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and make sound technical and project decisions
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
