Your Team, Your Impact

The Program Manager at Marvell plays a pivotal role in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the company’s vision and growth. This leadership position is designed for a dynamic individual who not only excels at traditional project management responsibilities but also demonstrates exceptional acumen in executive-level communication, strategic reporting, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Direct and oversee the full lifecycle of high-visibility, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and complex project reports for C-level executives and senior stakeholders, distilling technical and business information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strategic Reporting & Communication: Create, analyze, and present detailed project dashboards, status updates, and business reviews; facilitate executive review meetings and synthesize feedback into project direction.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong, collaborative relationships across organizational boundaries; serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for executive sponsors, clients, and partners.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop project team members; foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and accountability; lead by example and enable the team to achieve stretch goals.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Anticipate, identify, and proactively resolve project risks, issues, and roadblocks; drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions with a sense of urgency.
  • Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine project management methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence and scale best practices throughout the organization.
  • Change Leadership: Champion organizational change initiatives; communicate vision and benefits; ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and structures.

Qualifications & Success Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree and/or PMP certification preferred.
  • 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to influence and engage at all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • Strong leadership presence, with demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, manage change, and implement best practices.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience in navigating organizational complexity.

Pay

Expected Base Pay Range (USD): 142,580 – 213,600 per annum. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions. This role is eligible to participate in Marvell's bonus and equity plans, including a new hire equity grant and annual equity refreshers, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions and remain invested in the company's long-term success.
