Global Principal Program Manager, Tool Install | Semiconductors

About the role

This is a senior leadership role focused on tool installation strategy, project readiness, contractor management, and continuous improvement across large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale capital projects and work across global teams
• Shape best practices across major manufacturing expansion programs
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure project readiness
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in cleanroom operations and manufacturing equipment integration

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
• 10+ years' experience within semiconductor wafer fabrication facilities, ideally in 300mm environments
• Strong knowledge of tool installation, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing equipment integration
• Proven experience delivering large-scale capital projects and working across global teams
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
