Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance to ensure passenger safety
- Monitor contractor compliance with service agreements
- Conduct field inspections for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs)
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize passenger disruption
- Evaluate equipment condition and recommend improvements
- Support capital planning and modernization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years with elevator and escalator systems
- Experience managing maintenance contracts in public transit or similar environments
- Knowledge of elevator codes and accessibility standards
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Pay
$148,300 – $266,900 annually
