Principal Program Manager - Rail and Transit

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance to ensure passenger safety
• Monitor contractor compliance with service agreements
• Conduct field inspections for preventive and corrective maintenance
• Develop and track performance metrics (KPIs)
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize passenger disruption
• Evaluate equipment condition and recommend improvements
• Support capital planning and modernization strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years with elevator and escalator systems
• Experience managing maintenance contracts in public transit or similar environments
• Knowledge of elevator codes and accessibility standards
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay

$148,300 – $266,900 annually
