For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Principal Program Manager with a Go-To-Market focus to drive complex programs from planning through execution. This role emphasizes structure, accountability, and measurable delivery, working across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and oversee major and minor product launches, optimizing the operating model with AI integration.
  • Coordinate concurrent PTM-dependent initiatives, ensuring clarity of ownership and deadlines.
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear options and risks to leadership.
  • Streamline operational processes by creating shared AI workflows to reduce manual tasks.
  • Align and resolve conflicts among go-to-market functions for efficient resource allocation.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of launches and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Build playbooks and automate workflows to ensure consistency and scalability in program management.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of program management experience in go-to-market strategies within the high-tech sector.
  • Proven ability to run complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agents and the development of automation workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing scalable program management frameworks in large organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring success through pipeline and adoption metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience writing for and speaking to executives.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and maintain trust across competing priorities.

Pay

$203,200 – $345,600 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
