This role is with a leader in the Information Technology space, focused on operational priorities that drive execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and refine the product operating model to enhance collaboration and clarity
- Lead all levels of product planning and roadmap operations with senior leadership
- Establish mechanisms for visibility and accountability throughout product lifecycles
- Drive insights into portfolio health and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with key teams to integrate customer feedback into product strategies
- Prepare executive reporting on product performance and operational metrics
- Identify and address inefficiencies to enhance process and execution speed
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product operations, product management, or business operations, preferably in high-growth SaaS/AI environments
- Proven experience at a principal/director level, influencing leaders and enabling cross-functional change
- Expertise in product development lifecycles and management practices
- Strong background in portfolio planning and executive-level business operations
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating data into strategic insights
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Jira, along with workflow automation tools
- Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences
Pay
$180,000 – $276,000 annually
