Principal Product Mgr - Tech, Amazon Business Payments

About the role

Award-winning tech giant Amazon Business Payments is expanding its innovative B2B payment solutions. As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you will lead the development of a programmable, self-reconciling payment and settlement system. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse customer segments and senior stakeholder inputs to define a clear vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience for agentic AI and global expansion
• Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals
• Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals
• Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the fintech space
• Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales
• Provide thought leadership to identify new ways to benefit customers and build scalable products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $179,900.00 - $243,400.00 annually.
