Principal Product Manager-Tech, Offers Experience (OffersX)

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical (PMT) to own the Dynamic ASIN Faceouts (DAF) roadmap and its monetization strategy. DAF is Amazon’s next-generation product discovery and evaluation framework that powers compact, context-aware product cards across Search, Homepage, Detail Page, Cart, recommendation widgets, Rufus/Alexa for Shopping, Buy Again, and desktop. You will define how customers evaluate and purchase products on these surfaces and shape how we responsibly monetize them.

This is a high-impact, highly visible role: you will directly influence the experience of millions of customers generating hundreds of millions of dollars in unit purchases worldwide while building a new, durable advertising revenue line tied to DAF growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Dynamic ASIN Faceouts, balancing customer experience, builder experience, legal, and financial considerations.
• Collaborate with customer research, UX, marketing, legal, international partners, and engineering to deliver features.
• Analyze customer and financial implications, select and prioritize ideas, and create a cohesive roadmap aligned with Amazon’s strategic objectives.
• Evangelize new features to shoppers, accelerate adoption across Stores, track impacts, and communicate results to senior leaders.
• Prepare executive-level documentation and presentations.
• Work with UX design to build next-generation customer experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive alignment toward a cohesive vision.
• Review results of customer experiments and identify next steps.
• Help unblock partners to maintain a high bar on customer experience across Detail Page and other Stores experiences.
• Manage the backlog with the engineering team and participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Spend ~15% of time on agile ceremonies, project meetings, and 1:1s.
• Identify growth opportunities and invest in personal development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs in product development.
• Experience in technical product management (preferred).
• Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements (preferred).
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement (preferred).

Pay

Base salary range: $179,900 – $243,400 USD annually (final compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location).
