Principal Product Manager, Partner Platform
About the role
We are seeking a Principal Platform Product Manager to own the product strategy, requirements, and platform implications for DigiCert partners (including Managed Service Providers, Global System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, and Value-Added Resellers). This role will be the authoritative voice for partners inside the DigiCert ONE platform to translate the commercial, operational, and technical needs of each partner type into durable platform capabilities. The position ensures that every platform component is built with partner requirements fully understood and correctly prioritized.
DigiCert’s growth strategy is meaningfully partner-dependent. MSPs, GSIs, ISVs, and VARs are not just distribution channels—they are integration surfaces, deployment patterns, and co-innovation opportunities that place distinct and sometimes competing demands on the DigiCert® ONE platform. This role exists to close the gap by building and maintaining a deep, authoritative understanding of each partner segment’s operational model, integration patterns, and platform requirements, translating that understanding into actionable requirements for all teams at DigiCert.
This is a principal-level individual contributor role requiring strategic autonomy, strong cross-functional influence and diplomacy, and the ability to articulate partner platform strategy to external and internal stakeholders at all levels, from C-level to individual contributor. This role has a seat on the Platform Product Management team.
