Principal Product Manager, HTS API Marketplace

About the role

This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the structure, packaging, and pricing of the HTS API Marketplace
• Work closely with capability PMs to transform technical systems into commercial API products
• Develop and manage the commercial model for the marketplace, including pricing strategies
• Create a seamless partner onboarding and developer experience from the ground up
• Leverage AI tools for fast prototyping and testing before engineering handoff
• Establish and execute the marketplace's go-to-market strategies with the Commercial team
• Monitor and own the marketplace's P&L, focusing on revenue metrics and unit economics

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience, with direct involvement in a 0-to-1 product launch
• Experience in creating developer-facing or B2B marketplace products, especially with APIs
• Strong AI-native skills, using tools like LLMs for rapid prototyping and demos
• Understanding of marketplace economics, including effective pricing strategies
• Ability to manage multi-team coordination and alignment effectively
• Experience working with external enterprise partners in a product capacity
• Proficient in SQL and managing complex datasets

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
