Principal Product Manager - Health Data Platform

About the Role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for a unified health data platform
• Collaborate on architecture for processing extensive patient data from various sources
• Lead initiatives that enhance data completeness, governance, and quality
• Partner with product teams to establish supporting data models for downstream applications
• Collaborate with engineering on technologies for data ingestion and processing frameworks
• Influence foundational infrastructure strategies for improved system resilience and efficiency
• Work closely with clinical and data science teams to align platform capabilities with healthcare needs

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of product management experience, especially with health data platforms or clinical systems
• 3+ years of experience in data pipelines for AI and data science applications
• In-depth management of healthcare data relevant to diverse customer segments
• Strong understanding of healthcare data formats and regulatory requirements
• Technical fluency in data pipelines, APIs, cloud systems, and distributed architectures
• Experience with data governance and compliance in healthcare contexts
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and collaboration with clinical teams

Compensation: $154,000 – $172,000 annually
