About the role

- Measure what matters: defining clear metrics for platform health and building dashboards and rituals to keep the team honest.
- Stay comfortable in the mess, holding complex situations without being paralyzed by them.
- Think with AI, not just about it, bringing practical recommendations and prioritizing AI investment alongside other roadmaps.
- Stay curious, keeping up with emerging trends in tooling, frameworks, and AI-powered development.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, with meaningful time on platform or infrastructure products.
- Real understanding of front end technology, including rendering, performance optimization, SEO, component architecture, and design systems.
- Consumer product instincts, working on products where the end user is a real person.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, understanding its intersection with front end performance and UX.
- Comfort with ambiguity, operating in large organizations with unclear paths.
- Strong communication skills, writing and presenting well to editors-in-chief and staff engineers.
- Hands-on experience with design systems and familiarity with digital advertising.
Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with design systems (Storybook, Figma component libraries, design tokens) is not required.
- Experience using AI tools regularly in product work and shaping product strategy around AI capabilities is not required.
