Principal Product Manager, Developer Platform
About the role
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager who thinks like an engineer, advocates for developers, and builds like a founder — to reshape Procore's development platform for the AI era.. In this role you'll shape the future of Procore's development platform by treating our 1,000+ internal developers as your customers, and the developer platform as your product. You'll own the developer platform roadmap. You'll know our developers better than anyone — what they're building, where they stall, what they've stopped bothering to ask for — and you'll turn that into a point of view sharp enough to change what gets built across Procore. And you'll build it for a second customer almost nobody has designed for yet: the thousands of agents those developers are running. Human in the loop, not human in the driver's seat. That's what makes this rare. Most platform PMs are optimizing a portal. You'll be designing the interface between an engineering organization and its agents — at the exact moment that interface is being invented. Get it right and 1,000 engineers feel it every single day. This position reports a Group Product Manager and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
