About The Product
CrowdStrike Falcon Data Protection solution is a pioneering platform that offers runtime data security across endpoint, cloud, SaaS, and AI environments, providing unparalleled data visibility and protection. As a leader in the data security landscape, we're committed to innovation and setting new benchmarks. This role is hybrid, requiring at least 2 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.
Responsibilities
- Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer needs and pain points to deliver products that provide exceptional value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, delivery, R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Collaboration with Delivery and R&D: Work closely with delivery and R&D teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery.
- Go-to-Market Coordination: Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and execute strategies for launching products successfully.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience leading complex products within a large organization.
- Industry Focus: Preferably experienced in the data security or cloud security market.
- Global Experience: Experience working with global teams and managing products for international markets.
- Flexible approach to working across time zones (US) and occasional international travel.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
Skills
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams through complex projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in English is critical.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving issues and delivering successful products.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of data security, cloud security technologies, and emerging trends in the security market.
- Customer Centricity: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies to ensure effective planning and execution of product initiatives.

Pay
The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $160,000 - $250,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
