Principal Product Manager - Claris
Responsibilities
- Define, drive and socialize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Claris' development tools.
- Expertly collaborate, influence and lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and direct impact to adoption and revenue.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to inspire, guide and direct other PMs, the engineering team and the broader organization.
- Prioritize, proactively advocate for and drive across the organization product decisions based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use.
- Monitor, Influence and impact key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in driving the development of products as a product manager or product leader, with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies.
- 8+ years managing a backlog in JIRA in Scrum specifically as a product manager.
- 3+ Experience functioning as a lead PM (providing key direction to other PMs) on major initiatives.
- Experience writing evaluations for LLM models to ensure AI workflow performance.
- Experience creating externally facing/revenue generating products that involve AI workflows with associated model metrics.
- 2+ years of 0-1 external product launches with Scrum SDLC with proven revenue target attainment.
- 3+ years of experience as product manager launching technical features and products in the developer experience and productivity domain (not internal efficiency, but revenue generating products).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and quick timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience leading teams of product managers to drive measurable impact either through influence, mentorship or a direct reporting relationship.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
