About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define strategy for major product areas and lead initiatives with company-wide impact.
What You'll Do
- Define long-term product vision and strategy
- Own complex, high-impact product portfolios
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs
- Establish product priorities and strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations
- Influence company strategy through product insight
- Mentor senior product managers
- Establish product management standards and frameworks
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience leading complex products or portfolios
- Exceptional strategic thinking
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent executive communication
- Ability to influence across the organization
Nice to Have
- AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer products
