About the role
You will take part in guiding products through the software development lifecycle by analyzing, positioning, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to both new and existing customers. You will work closely with creative and talented engineers, designers, and marketers to help develop solutions that improve companies' overall financial close process.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, position, promote, and tailor solutions to customers.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketers to develop solutions that improve financial close processes.
- Guide products from conception to launch by connecting the business and technical worlds.
- Leverage new and existing technologies, dive deep into customer feedback, and create buy-in for product vision.
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to build machine learning-based capabilities.
Requirements
- 15+ years in product management, including major launches of highly scaled and/or 0-to-1 products.
- Proven ownership of multi-year strategy and business outcomes for a major product area or portfolio.
- Experience taking horizontal enterprise products into vertical, regional, or specialized markets.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and modern product development tooling.
- Strong proficiency using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience; working knowledge of accounting or finance is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the financial close and R2R landscape, and how industry, geography, and finance-specialization requirements shape product needs.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market, pricing, and packaging across segments and regions.
- Comfort building product within an AI-native, agentic platform.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or automated workflows, confidence thresholds, human-in-the-loop review, and the ability to partner effectively with Data Science teams.

- Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite and board level, driving decisions through compelling storytelling, data, and strong business cases.
- Strong financial modeling and business-case development; makes high-impact decisions under uncertainty and drives momentum in ambiguous situations.

Schedule
Candidates who live within a reasonable commute to one of our offices will work in the office at least 3 days a week.
