Principal Product Manager - AI Models

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - AI Models to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape the strategy for AI models within a broader technology platform, with a focus on delivering measurable value to end users and the business. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align a multi-year roadmap, translate user needs into product direction, and drive adoption of new capabilities. The work sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, and platform execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$154,800 – $172,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Represent user needs for AI models within the broader platform
• Drive product strategy and multi-year roadmap alignment with company objectives
• Contribute to the AI platform roadmap to improve provider performance in care delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and Design Thinking practices
• Ensure successful product launches and user adoption
• Inspire and energize cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Master's degree or higher in business, computer science, or a healthcare-related field
• Proven experience managing large product lines and enhancing user experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Successful track record influencing stakeholders and driving business results
• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile and Design Thinking methodologies
