Principal Product Manager, Agentic Experiences

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager for Agentic Experiences to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.

About the role

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end agent experience architecture, including identity, context, and accountability
• Translate multiple internal agents into a cohesive customer narrative
• Establish strategy for exposing agent capabilities across various interfaces
• Set standards and operating models for quality in agent interactions and performance
• Define metrics for measuring agentic success, including task completion and trust metrics
• Build and align a multi-quarter roadmap for the connective layer with cross-functional teams
• Partner closely with data and personalization teams to enhance agent effectiveness

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with significant experience in platform, API, or ecosystem products and customer-facing experiences
• Proven ownership of AI or agentic product surfaces in production with accountability for outcomes
• Deep technical fluency with LLM orchestration, tool/function calling, and context strategies
• Strong judgment regarding API and platform interfaces, especially in contract specifications and developer experience
• Systems thinker focused on customer experience across product seams
• Exceptional influence skills across a matrixed organization, driving consensus on standards
• Strong written communication skills for creating alignment documents

Pay

$150,000 – $190,000 annually
