About the role
This is a remote role based in either Washington or California State, with expectations to meet the team on an occasional basis. You'll operate in a high-trust environment with high autonomy, taking full ownership of a major scope end-to-end—from early strategy to final execution. Ambiguity doesn’t faze you; you thrive on hard problems without pre-built playbooks and bring refined taste to know when something is truly right. You’ll enjoy the speed of a startup backed by the stability of an established company, measuring design by meaningful outcomes, not just output.

- Expert tooling: Fluency in Figma and the modern toolchain, UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility (WCAG), with comfort using data to validate decisions.
