About the Role

This position serves as the Principal, Physician Educator Lead for MSAG, advising medical schools on accreditation and educational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
• Manage client engagements, oversee project teams, and deliver high-quality services.
• Identify new service opportunities and develop related business plans.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop consultants with accreditation expertise.
• Contribute to thought leadership through industry research and analysis.
• Collaborate with a dyad partner for knowledge transfer and leadership transition.

Qualifications

• MD degree with experience as a Dean or Vice Dean of a medical school.
• Expertise in accreditation processes, especially with LCME.

Skills

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
