Responsibilities
- Own senior technical relationships for high-value federal and public sector partners
- Lead joint technical strategy sessions and executive business reviews
- Architect and lead complex technical partner initiatives
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs to elevate partner capabilities
- Collaborate to support technical initiatives and demonstrations
- Advocate for partners' technical concerns with internal teams
- Serve as the voice of federal partner needs with Product and Engineering teams
- Curate and evolve best practices for the company platform adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in a customer- or partner-facing technical role with executive and deep-technical experience
- Strong track record in building C-suite relationships in federal or public sector environments
- Familiarity with federal tech landscape: procurement cycles and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, IL5)
- Self-starter with exceptional business acumen and tech-savvy nature
- Fluency in English required
- Desired hands-on experience in observability tools and public cloud platforms
