Principal/Partner - Forensic Accounting & Litigation Support

About the role

The Principal/Partner will lead complex forensic accounting and litigation support engagements, providing expert analysis and testimony in legal proceedings. This role requires extensive experience in financial investigations and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-stakes forensic accounting and litigation support projects
• Conduct thorough financial analyses to support legal cases
• Prepare and present expert witness testimony in court
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in forensic accounting and litigation support
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience testifying as an expert witness in court
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of legal procedures and court processes
