Principal Network Integrator / Programmer

We're seeking a Principal Network Integrator/Programmer to support the Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management – Next-Gen (JSP ETM‑NG) program. In this role, you'll enhance mission-critical network operations that will keep today secure and make tomorrow smarter.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain network and application device configurations
- Program and automate solutions in Linux and Ansible environments
- Manage devices through SNMP and troubleshoot issues independently
- Support RADIUS (802.1x), TACACS, RSA, and IP subnetting
- Utilize Remedy (ITSM) or ServiceNow (SNOW) for workflow management
- Apply network design principles, SDN technologies, and multi-tenant systems
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Security clearance: Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Certifications: Security+ CE and at least one recognized network admin/engineering certification
Experience: 8+ years of related experience; 3+ years in DoD environments; 5+ years with RADIUS (802.1x), TACACS, RSA; 5+ years programming in Linux or Ansible
Required skills
- Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
- Scripting: Perl, Python, KSH, Bash, SH
- Strong understanding of Regular Expressions (RegEx)
- Experience with network virtualization/SDN and multi-tenant architectures
- Moderate routing/switching skills
- Full-time onsite availability at the Pentagon
Desired qualifications
- 5+ years with LDAP
- Additional scripting: JSON, PowerShell, Ansible
- Ability to integrate and troubleshoot hardware/software with limited supervision
- Experience with SNMP polling/traps and Syslog (server, application, transport)

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 – $138,000. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40. Travel required: Less than 10%. Telecommuting: Onsite. Work Location: USA VA Arlington (Pentagon).
