Principal Narrative Designer
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Need to parse the posting.
The posting includes:
- WHAT MAKES US EPIC? (intro paragraph)
- DESIGN What We Do (maybe a heading? but we only use h3 for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to those sections.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the "WHAT MAKES US EPIC?" and "Design What We Do" and "What You'll Do" etc. Actually "What You'll Do" is responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You'll Do". Those are bullet-like sentences.
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What We're Looking For" includes extensive narrative design or writing experience..., significant experience with fiction writing, highly creative mind..., excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills..., knowledge of industry trends..., proficiency in modern video game storytelling techniques and narrative systems.
We could split into Requirements (experience), Qualifications (maybe same), Skills (communication, organizational). But we should avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Requirements" section with bullet list.
- Benefits: "EPIC JOB + EPIC BENEFITS = EPIC LIFE" includes medical, dental, vision HRA, long term disability, life insurance, 401k with match, mental well-being program, events, company-wide paid breaks, unlimited PTO and sick time, paid sabbatical after 7 years.
- Pay: Not mentioned explicitly. No salary. So we should NOT include Pay section.
- Schedule: Not mentioned. So no Schedule.
- About the role: maybe a short paragraph about Epic and role. Could be "About Us" at bottom. But we have "About Us" describing company. Could be "About the role" maybe not. The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have content for:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph "WHAT MAKES US EPIC?" and "Design What We Do". Could be considered about the role/company. We'll include About the role.
- Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You'll Do".
- Requirements: maybe combine "What We're Looking For" into Requirements.
- Benefits: the benefits paragraph.
We could also have Skills separate but maybe not needed. To avoid thin sections, we can put skills within Requirements.
Thus output:
About the role
About the role
... (intro and design what we do)
Responsibilities
- ... each duty
Requirements
- ... each requirement
Benefits
- ... each benefit
