Principal Medical Safety Specialist - CRMDx
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple headings; we should include only those with real content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (required and preferred). Also we have Pay: Minimum Salary: $102100 Maximum Salary: $194000 plus description about compensation. That's specific numbers, so we should include Pay section. Also we have Work model etc: hybrid model requiring at least three days per week. That's schedule info? Could be Schedule section. Also mention relocation assistance not available, sponsorship not offered. That could be part of Work model but not schedule. The schedule is hybrid model requiring at least three days per week. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: The posting mentions "value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location". That's vague but mentions benefits exist. However we should not include Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention benefits exist but not detail. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that there are benefits (core and optional) but not specifics. Is that enough? It says "value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location". That is a statement about benefits existing. I'd argue it's sufficient to include a Benefits section with a brief statement referencing the link. However we must not invent details. We can include a
that says "Boston Scientific offers core and optional employee benefits; details vary by location (see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com)." That is not inventing, just summarizing what's said. That seems okay. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, diversity statements, etc. Also must not include navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. We could include a short paragraph with location(s) and requisition ID maybe? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a
with location(s) and requisition ID maybe. But we must preserve all substantive information; location is substantive. So we should include location info somewhere, maybe in a short
before sections. Also the "Additional Location(s): US-MN-Arden Hills; US-MA-Marlborough". That's location info. Also "Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance" is likely fluff; could be considered boilerplate? It's values; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's not required to preserve? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The values could be considered substantive? They are part of the posting but maybe not essential. However they are not boilerplate like EEO; they are company values. Might be okay to keep? But they appear as a list separated by hyphens. Could be considered fluff but not explicitly prohibited. Safer to keep? However the instruction to "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Values are not those. So we could keep them as a
maybe. But they'd be a list; we could format as
- ... but they'd be many items. Might be okay.
But we need to decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Pay, Schedule, Benefits. Possibly also Skills? Not needed.
We'll produce:

before sections. We also need to include Pay section with salary range and note about compensation. Schedule section: hybrid model requiring at least three days per week. Benefits section: mention core and optional benefits. Let's extract exact text. Required qualifications:
then- etc.
Pay:
"Minimum Salary: $ 102100 Maximum Salary: $ 194000 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements)."
We need to include Pay section with that info. We should not include filler like "commensurate with experience" as a heading but we can include it in paragraph. It's okay.
Schedule:
"Work model, sponsorship, relocation: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Boston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time."
We can extract schedule: hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week. Also mention no sponsorship, no relocation. That's not schedule but we can include in Schedule section maybe plus note about sponsorship/relocation. However the instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state work model. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We could also include a short note about sponsorship/relocation in same section or maybe in a separate
but we might keep it under Schedule. Benefits: "The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com—will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role." We can create Benefits section with that sentence. Now we need to include location and requisition ID maybe as a short
. The location: "Additional Location(s): US-MN-Arden Hills; US-MA-Marlborough". Also there is "Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High Performance". Might be considered values
