What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with customers and internal teams to develop manufacturing solutions for new opportunities.
- Evaluate technical requirements, recommend manufacturing approaches, identify equipment needs, and provide key input to help win new business.
- Support process development, troubleshooting, validation activities, equipment implementation, and customer discussions as needed once projects are awarded.
- Play a key role in advancing laser processing capabilities across the organization by evaluating new technologies, establishing best practices, mentoring engineers, and solving complex technical challenges.

What We're Looking For
- Recognized as a technical expert in laser processing and experience in developing manufacturing processes from concept through production.
- Experience supporting customer-facing projects, technical quotations, and capital equipment evaluations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
