We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job description. First paragraph: "Job Description This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for improving organizational performance through strategic consulting, performance analysis, learning design, and business partnership. This role works directly with executive and senior leaders to identify workforce challenges, diagnose root causes, recommend learning and non-learning solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. This position is responsible for creation of effective workforce performance solutions that support enterprise-wide learning and bridge performance gaps. These solutions include but aren’t limited to courseware that adhere to adult learning principles and incorporate broad, complex interventions that range in media and complexity. The candidate must have the ability to be a hands-on manager of multiple projects/programs with a focus on customer service and execution against time constraints." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. Then "What You’ll Do" with subheadings: Strategic Business Consulting, Performance Analysis & Diagnosis, Solution Architecture & Design, Executive Communication & Influence, Data Analytics & Insight Generation, Enterprise Leadership & Innovation. Those are responsibilities. So we can put under

Responsibilities

and list bullet points for each subheading? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each duty as
  • . Could also include subheadings inside li? Probably just list each duty as bullet. Then "What You Bring" includes education/experience and bonus points. That's qualifications/requirements. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Qualifications (bonus points) or combine. The instruction: Use headings for sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Skills listed later. So we can put education/experience under Requirements, and bonus points under Qualifications (or Skills?). Actually "What You Bring" includes degree, years, bonus points. Bonus points are skills/experience. Could treat bonus points as Qualifications. Then later there is a "Skills" list: Coaching, Creative Strategies, etc. That's Skills section. Then "What You’ll Get" includes benefits: opportunity to work..., work-life balance..., medical/dental/vision..., parental leave..., career development..., 401k match... That's benefits. Then "Where You’ll Work" includes hybrid flex description. That's schedule? Actually schedule info: Hybrid Flex approach, at least two days a week in office, remote flex etc. That's schedule info. So we can put under Schedule. Then "Salary Range" includes pay range: $107,901.00 - $172,642.00. That's Pay. We must not include sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. We must not include boilerplate like fraud warning, job alert fraud, etc. Remove that. Also remove "Learn more Where You’ll Work" maybe part of schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Strategic Business Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor..." etc. We need to format as HTML fragment only, no or . Use

    for section headings. Use
    • for lists. Use

for prose. We need to decide where to use prose vs list. For responsibilities, we have multiple subheadings each with a paragraph. Could treat each subheading as a

    • with the paragraph inside. Or we could have a

      intro then

      • for each duty. Probably better:

        Responsibilities

        • Strategic Business Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor...
        • ... etc. Similarly for Requirements: maybe a

          describing education/experience, then a

for bonus points? But bonus points are qualifications. Let's separate. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 8+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field. That's prose; could be a

. Qualifications (Bonus Points): list of bullet points: Strong PowerPoint skills..., Strong storytelling skills..., Experience in serving as strategic advisor..., Knowledge of modern learning ecosystems..., Strong relationship building, critical thinking & strategic thinking ability. Skills: list of many skills separated by commas. Could be a

            • each skill? The instruction: Use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Skills is a list, so we should make each skill a
              • . Could also keep as comma-separated

but better to list. Benefits: list of bullet points: opportunity to work..., work-life balance..., medical..., parental leave..., career development..., 401k match... Pay: salary range: $107,901.00 - $172,642.00. Could be a

. Schedule: hybrid flex description: "Our Hybrid Flex approach is built on presence with a purpose – giving you flexibility to work remotely with intentional in-person connection – that supports a workplace that’s flexible, connected, and future focused. In a Hybrid-Flex role, you’ll work in the office at least two days a week for collaboration and connection. In a Remote Flex role, you’ll work virtually, with a few in-office visits each year for meaningful moments that matter. Whether your role is Hybrid Flex or Remote Flex depends on the nature of the work and distance from our Durham headquarters. We welcome candidates from outside the local area and in any states listed on this job posting. Onsite expectations will be discussed during the interview process." We can put that as

                maybe with some

? It's prose. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate: remove "Job Description" heading? The first line "Job Description" is just a label; we can ignore. Also remove "Learn more Where You’ll Work" maybe part of schedule but we already captured. Remove "Salary Range At Blue Cross NC..." paragraph that includes fluff about compensation decisions etc. We need to preserve substantive information: the salary range numbers. The rest is fluff but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The paragraph about compensation decisions being driven by factors etc is not boilerplate but maybe considered generic. However it's part of the posting; but we might keep it as it's substantive? It says "Our base salary is part of a robust Total Rewards package..." That's somewhat generic but still part of benefits? Might be considered benefits description. However we already have benefits list. Could include that as part of benefits? But we must not invent or summarize away detail. The paragraph includes details about total rewards, annual incentive bonus, 401k with employer match, PTO, competitive health benefits and wellness programs. That's actually benefits detail. So we should incorporate that into benefits section. The benefits we listed earlier from "What You’ll Get" includes some but not all. So we should combine. Thus Benefits section should include: - The opportunity to work at the cutting edge of health care delivery with a team that’s deeply invested in the community - Work-life balance, flexibility, and the autonomy to do great work - Medical, dental, and vision coverage along with numerous health and wellness programs - Parental leave and support plus adoption and surrogacy assistance - Career development programs and tuition reimbursement for continued education - 401k match including an annual company contribution - Annual Incentive Bonus* (based on annual corporate goal achievement and individual performance) - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Competitive health benefits and wellness programs (maybe duplicate) - Total Rewards package includes Annual Incentive Bonus, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), and competitive health benefits and wellness programs. We need to avoid duplication. Let's synthesize: from "What You’ll Get": opportunity..., work-life balance..., medical..., parental leave..., career development..., 401k match..., Learn more Where You’ll Work (schedule). Then from Salary Range paragraph: Annual Incentive Bonus*, 401(k) with employer match, Paid Time Off (PTO), competitive health benefits and wellness programs. Also note base salary part of total rewards. We'll include benefits as bullet list, ensuring we capture all distinct items. Now Skills: list of many skills. We'll output each as
                • . Now schedule: we have hybrid flex description. We'll put as

. Now Pay: we have salary range. We'll put as

. Now ensure we don't include any heading with empty content. Now produce HTML:
