Principal Lead, Payroll Systems Delivery & Optimization

Core Responsibilities

• Implement system changes for the ADP Vantage payroll platform.
• Resolve complex payroll system issues.
• Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Lead system projects from planning support through deployment.
• Execute configuration updates.
• Support payroll processing from a systems perspective.
• Ensure successful delivery of releases, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate manual tasks, and strengthen payroll technology performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll systems configuration and optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Experience leading system projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ADP Vantage payroll platform and similar systems.
• Ability to automate manual tasks and streamline workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with payroll system integrations and external vendor management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
