The Principal LRC will also partner with field HR and the assigned attorney to provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning to include serving as a strategic thought partner on for local HR and core leaders on business initiative implementation in highly complex labor environments. Responsibilities

The Principal Labor Relations Consultant will provide subject matter expertise and strategic guidance on contract negotiations, contract administration and strike planning.

Requirements

  • 8 years progressively responsible exempt-level HR experience serving as an HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, Labor Relations Consultant, or other related experience.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Multi-site/location, multi-line of business, and/or integrated health system experience.
  • Demonstrates advanced experience in labor relations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • SPHR, PHR certificate upon hire.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $63.50 - $100.26. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This is a full-time, day shift position with a hybrid work arrangement.
