About the role

Performs a wide range of HVAC/Refrigeration services for Commercial customers and promotes the sale of all other services offered by Constellation to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, including advanced air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform comprehensive maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including detailed service reports and inventory management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repair.
  • State Journeyman HVAC license.
  • EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge of HVAC refrigeration systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

Completion of a technical school or apprenticeship program is preferred, but not required.

Pay

Expected hourly range of $44.86 to $54.82, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
