Principal IT Domain Architect
About the role
As a principal IT domain architect in IT Security, you’ll help shape the future of Identity and Access Management across Progressive’s enterprise. You’ll provide strategic architectural leadership across workforce and customer identity, privileged access, secrets management, non-human identities, AI-enabled identity use cases, and passwordless authentication. In this role, you’ll advance IAM as an integrated enterprise capability, moving beyond independent platforms and project-specific solutions. You’ll also support Progressive’s security, modernization, customer experience, and AI strategies—while partnering with Information Security, business groups, product owners, engineers, architects, and vendors to reduce fragmentation, guide identity investments, and deliver long-term business value.
