Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential M&A targets and clients
• Develop and execute financial models for mergers and acquisitions
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Prepare and present investment banking reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic advisory services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, financial consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications
