Principal HR Business Partner (G&A)

This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Partner with G&A leaders to design scalable org structures and advise during reorgs
• Lead end-to-end org design initiatives from diagnosis to implementation
• Drive effective performance calibrations and coach leaders
• Champion a culture of clear expectations and feedback
• Handle sensitive people data and restructuring plans with confidentiality
• Foster an AI-driven approach to address organizational challenges
• Use engagement data to identify org health risks and plan actions
• Contribute to company-wide people programs design and execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience
• Expertise in organizational design, leading restructuring initiatives
• Proven ability to partner with VP and SVP level leaders
• Analytical skills with experience in AI tools and data metrics
• Strong judgment and escalation skills
• Emotional intelligence to build trust with a diverse workforce
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or fintech companies
• Support for globally distributed teams

Pay

$159,000 – $254,000 annually
