Principal, Fund Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in private credit fund operations, fund finance, or fund accounting oversight.
• Strong understanding of direct lending and distressed credit investments.
• Experience with evergreen fund structures and their operational requirements.
• Knowledge of fund structures, allocations, capital activity, liquidity management, valuations, and fee calculations.
• Experience launching or managing complex private market investment vehicles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external service providers.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the launch and ongoing oversight of a cross-border evergreen private credit fund.
• Manage cash forecasting, capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and liquidity planning.
• Oversee fund models, performance reporting, fee calculations, and investor allocations.
• Ensure compliance with fund governing documents, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support investor reporting, due diligence requests, and management presentations.
• Enhance controls, reporting processes, data governance, and operational workflows.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Accounting, and Investor Relations teams.
• Identify and resolve operational risks while driving scalable process improvements.
