A typical day includes solving complex problems affecting network-wide strategic decision-making, leading through ambiguity, and identifying high priority work to maximize results for key stakeholders. You'll design and implement new financial reporting and modeling solutions, find creative solutions utilizing large scale data mining tools, and manage development of weekly and monthly financial reviews. TSSL+ is comprised of Traditional Sortable and Softline FC's as well as auxiliary businesses, including Hazmat, Merch, Print/Make on Demand, and luxury goods. Each business unit provides its own challenges and opportunities to develop processes, standards, and relationships with cross functional business partners.
Basic qualifications
- 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 7+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience
- 8+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
- 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- Experience with Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or other BI packages
Preferred qualifications
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes
