Principal, Fee-For-Service Pharmacy Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Principal, Fee-For-Service Pharmacy Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead complex Medicaid fee-for-service pharmacy operations with a strong focus on client implementation, rebate processes, and service delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will partner closely with government clients and internal cross-functional teams to ensure programs meet requirements and operational goals. This position also supports business development efforts by aligning operational capabilities with client needs and identifying opportunities for improvement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $180,242 – $337,053 annually Responsibilities Lead project teams to exceed Medicaid fee-for-service program requirements Manage client implementations and Medicaid rebate operations Develop and maintain relationships with key government clients Identify and recommend operational improvements to enhance service delivery Support business development activities and align with client objectives Qualifications BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years as a subject matter expert 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams Strong understanding of state Medicaid fee-for-service programs and regulatory environments Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build executive relationships Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off and company-paid holidays Incentive compensation opportunities 401K plan with company matching Tuition reimbursement for continued education Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
