About the role

The role is responsible for managing the campus health services and ensuring the provision of quality healthcare to students.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the campus health center including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and maintaining records.
• Provide medical care to students, including diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of health services with academic programs.
• Develop and implement health education programs for students.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or clinical practice.
• Valid California Medical License.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with health insurance claims processing.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.
