We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about company, role responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, benefits, travel, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO, legal, application instructions). Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: Company description: Fleet Data Centers designs, builds and operates mega-scale data center campuses... etc. This is about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. The posting includes a paragraph about the role: "The Principal – Facilities AI is Fleet’s senior individual contributor responsible for developing the strategy, use cases, technical standards, and implementation roadmap for applying AI, machine learning, and automation to mission-critical facilities operations." Then bullet list of responsibilities under "What You Will Do". So we can have sections: About the role (maybe a brief summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe "What You Bring" includes experience), Qualifications (maybe overlapping), Skills (maybe not explicit separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (travel? maybe schedule not mentioned). Travel is mentioned but not schedule. No explicit schedule (like full-time, etc). So we should not create Schedule section if not present. Benefits: they mention "competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO." That's benefits. Pay: "$170,000-190,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus." That's pay. Travel: "Willingness and ability to travel to Fleet sites as needed." That could be under Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings; we could include under Requirements or maybe under "Skills"? But better to include under Requirements as a bullet. The allowed headings are limited; we can put travel under Requirements or maybe under "Skills"? Probably Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing role purpose (the first paragraph after company description). Could be: "The Principal – Facilities AI is Fleet’s senior individual contributor responsible for developing the strategy, use cases, technical standards, and implementation roadmap for applying AI, machine learning, and automation to mission-critical facilities operations." That's enough. - Responsibilities: list from "What You Will Do". We'll convert each bullet into
  • . - Requirements: from "What You Bring" includes experience, plus travel willingness. Also maybe "Preferred Experience" etc. We'll include required experience and preferred experience? The posting includes "What You Bring" with required experience bullet points, then "Preferred Experience with ...". We'll treat required as Requirements, and maybe also include a subsection for Preferred? But we only have allowed headings; we could include preferred under Requirements as well, maybe label as "Preferred" inside list? But we must not invent headings. Could add a note inside list? Probably okay to include both required and preferred under Requirements as separate bullet points, but we need to differentiate? Not required. We'll just list all bullet points from "What You Bring" and "Preferred Experience". Also include travel willingness. - Skills: maybe not explicit separate; we could omit Skills section if no explicit skills list. The posting includes abilities like "Strong understanding of data center operations...", "Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems...", "Strong communication skills...", "High standards for governance...", "Expert knowledge of AI fundamentals...". Those could be considered skills. We could create a Skills section with those bullet points. But we must not create thin sections; we have substantive content for skills. So we can create Skills section. - Benefits: as described. - Pay: as described. - Schedule: not present, so omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, note about job description not all-inclusive, equal opportunity, contact info. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

    About the role

The Principal – Facilities AI is Fleet’s senior individual contributor responsible for developing the strategy, use cases, technical standards, and implementation roadmap for applying AI, machine learning, and automation to mission-critical facilities operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Help Fleet deliver near-perfect execution on safety, security, and availability by identifying and implementing automation that measurably improves operational outcomes.
    • Define Fleet’s facilities AI, ML, and automation strategy across use cases such as alarm rationalization, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, workflow automation, digital assistants, failure prediction, and operational reporting.
    • Identify high-value operational pain points and build the business cases, requirements, and adoption plans needed to implement solutions that matter.
    • Partner with site operations, facilities engineering, critical systems, and data teams to ensure models and automations are grounded in real operating conditions and trustworthy data.
    • Establish governance for model quality, explainability, human-in-the-loop controls, change management, and risk management in operational environments.
    • Drive pilot design, validation criteria, implementation sequencing, and scale-up decisions based on measurable performance.
    • Help shape data standards, instrumentation requirements, system integrations, and telemetry quality needed to support advanced analytics and automation.
    • Create clear technical and operational documentation so that solutions can be adopted, audited, supported, and improved over time.
    • Serve as a thought leader on practical AI and automation applications for critical infrastructure, balancing innovation with reliability and operational discipline.
    • Advise leaders on where automation should accelerate work, where it should support humans, and where it should not be used.

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience spanning mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, data systems, advanced analytics, or related engineering disciplines.
    • Demonstrated experience applying automation, analytics, or machine learning to real operational workflows or physical infrastructure environments.
    • Strong understanding of data center operations, critical systems, maintenance, telemetry, or industrial monitoring.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical product, data, or automation requirements.
    • Strong understanding of data quality, systems integration, workflow design, and adoption challenges in operational settings.
    • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across technical and operational functions.
    • High standards for governance, safety, explainability, and operational credibility.
    • Expert knowledge of AI fundamentals, multiple model types, and their application/use cases.
    • Preferred experience with DCIM/BMS/EPMS/SCADA, CMMS, or operational data platforms in data centers or similar critical infrastructure.
    • Experience designing decision-support tools, anomaly detection solutions, predictive maintenance models, or workflow automation tools for operations organizations.
    • Familiarity with hyperscale, colocation, utility, manufacturing, or other high-availability environments.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to Fleet sites as needed.

    Skills

    • Strong understanding of data center operations, critical systems, maintenance, telemetry, or industrial monitoring.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical product, data, or automation requirements.
    • Strong understanding of data quality, systems integration, workflow design, and adoption challenges in operational settings.
    • Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across technical and operational functions.
    • High standards for governance, safety, explainability, and operational credibility.
    • Expert knowledge of AI fundamentals, multiple model types, and their application/use cases.
But note we duplicated some items from Requirements into Skills; maybe better to keep Skills distinct: we could extract the skill-like statements that are not already covered as experience. However the requirement list already includes many skill-like statements. To avoid duplication, we could make Skills section include the communication, governance, AI knowledge etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Might be okay to have some overlap but better to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting's "What You Bring" includes both experience and skills. We could split: Requirements = experience (years, demonstrated experience, understanding of data center ops, ability to translate problems, understanding of data quality, etc). Skills = communication, governance, AI knowledge. Preferred experience separate maybe also under Requirements. Let's craft: Requirements bullets: - 10+ years of experience spanning mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, data systems, advanced analytics, or related engineering disciplines. - Demonstrated experience applying automation, analytics, or machine learning to real operational workflows or physical infrastructure environments. - Strong understanding of data center operations, critical systems, maintenance, telemetry, or industrial monitoring. - Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical product, data, or automation requirements. - Strong understanding of data quality, systems integration, workflow design, and adoption challenges in operational settings. Skills bullets: - Strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across technical and operational functions. - High standards for governance, safety, explainability, and operational credibility. - Expert knowledge of AI fundamentals, multiple model types, and their application/use cases. Preferred experience bullets (maybe under Requirements as "Preferred" but we could add a note). Since we don't have a separate heading for Preferred, we could include them under Requirements as separate bullets prefixed with "Preferred:" but that might be okay. Or we could add a subsection inside Requirements using
  • Preferred: ...
  • . That's acceptable. Travel willingness also under Requirements. Thus:

    Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience spanning mission-critical facilities, industrial automation, data systems, advanced analytics, or related engineering disciplines.
    • Demonstrated experience applying automation, analytics, or machine learning to real operational workflows or physical infrastructure environments.
    • Strong understanding of data center operations, critical systems, maintenance, telemetry, or industrial monitoring.
    • Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into practical product, data, or automation requirements.
    • Strong understanding of data quality, systems integration, workflow design, and adoption challenges in operational settings.
    • Preferred: Experience with DCIM/BMS/EPMS/SCADA, CMMS, or operational data platforms in data centers or similar critical infrastructure.
    • Preferred: Experience designing decision-support tools, anomaly detection solutions, predictive maintenance models, or workflow automation tools for operations organizations.
    • Preferred: Familiarity with hyperscale, colocation, utility, manufacturing, or other high-availability environments.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to Fleet sites as needed.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • 401K program
    • Standard paid holidays
    • Unlimited PTO
    Pay:

    Pay

$170,000-190,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

We should also include the note about competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits maybe already covered. We must not include schedule. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, note about job description not all-inclusive, contact info, equal opportunity, etc. Check for duplicated lines: we have some repeated statements like "Strong understanding of data center operations..." appears in both Requirements and maybe Skills? We removed from Skills. Good. Check that
