About the role
Join Fidelity as a Principal Facilitator and be part of a collaborative learning team supporting the growth of the Fidelity Institutional Business Unit. The goal is to deliver highly engaging, effective, and tailored solutions that make a measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate high-impact learning events (live and virtual) at all levels of the organization using a variety of advanced facilitation techniques and learning methodologies to fit the desired outcomes.
- Build relationships through effective consulting, risk mitigation, and follow-up to ensure learning is applied and impacts are measured.
- Work cross-functionally with learning professionals and project teams to develop and tailor solutions to meet complex learning needs, ensuring clarity of objectives and structured outcomes.
- Advising leaders and the extended HR team to clarify learning needs that support business, team, and individual growth, shaping agendas, and enabling alignment with priorities.
- Contribute to and build the organization's capabilities in facilitation, engagement, and inclusive practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience.
- Formal instructor-led facilitation experience in the Learning/Talent industry combined with continuous professional development.
- Preference for candidates with certifications in various learning programs and development assessments.

Qualifications
