Principal Events Manager

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global events portfolio for Tier 1 and Tier 2 events
• Own planning and delivery of industry conferences and proprietary programs
• Partner with multiple teams to operationalize integrated event campaigns
• Drive event programs that enhance pipeline and customer engagement
• Manage execution of global sponsorship programs and ensure contractual compliance
• Oversee agencies and vendors for event production and logistics
• Manage event budgets and track spending efficiently

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in global industry events or Demand Generation
• Proven track record of driving pipeline creation and revenue impact
• Deep understanding of executive-level engagement for large-scale deals
• Significant experience with Salesforce and Tableau for pipeline analysis
• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and build processes from scratch
• B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

$147,000 – $200,000 annually
