About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Principal EP Mapping Specialist, CAS‑Poughkeepsie, NY to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote field‑based role will focus on providing specialized clinical and technical support within electrophysiology procedures and mapping workflows. The position partners closely with physicians, hospital staff, and account management teams to drive successful adoption, safe use, and effective implementation of advanced mapping solutions. In addition, this role supports training efforts for sales teams and helps build customer relationships that contribute to business growth. Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support to physicians on EP mapping and navigation systems.
- Educate physicians and hospital personnel on products and procedures.
- Promote safe use and effective implementation of the company's products.
- Develop customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Account Managers on sales opportunities.
- Conduct training for local sales teams on products.
- Represent the organization effectively to healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 10 years of related cardiac mapping experience
- Associate degree plus 8 years of related cardiac mapping experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related cardiac mapping experience
- Proven technical training experience
- Background in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or medical sales

Pay
Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 annually
