Principal Enterprise Technology Systems Consultant (Oracle HCM)

Research, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM and product solutions using innovative cloud engineering principles. Support and manage enterprise network systems, applications, data migration/integration solutions, and vendor services. Work independently to interpret and develop solutions to complex business challenges that have a significant impact on the function or branch. Specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and techniques. Recognized as an expert in own area within the company. Responsibilities Oversee complex technical projects and initiatives that have significant risk and business impact for Benefits and Payroll. Perform and guide complex Oracle HCM system configurations to align with organizational needsAct as the primary technical resource for Benefits and PayrollPromote key cloud methodologies, approaches, and market trendsReview and edit functional and technical project deliverables to assess cloud capabilities and potential solutionsAlign product roadmaps and features with Oracle release cyclesManage the SDLC process from requirement intake to deploymentConsult and support internal customers as a trusted advisorDesign and document technical solutions to functional system requirementsAssist with the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and instructionsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, subject matter experts, and leaders; work with senior management on complex issuesLead medium to large projects and initiativesMentor lower level staff Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management/Information Systems, or equivalent training, education, and experience7-10 years of experience in functionSubject matter expert within Benefits and payroll with understanding of interrelationships of different disciplinesAdvanced skill with case management and ticketing systems, such as Service Now and Azure Devops (ADO )Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring othersAdvanced interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively with external contacts and all levels of management and staffAdvanced knowledge of Oracle HCM functional/technical data flows, notifications and integrations between various applicationsAdvanced knowledge of cloud technologies, AI concepts, and related duties such as designing, planning, administering, developing, or maintaining cloud-based applications.Advanced functional knowledge of current cloud technologies, competition, and trendsProven leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive decisions Desired Qualifications Advanced skill in SaaS cloud developer tools such as Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Visual Builder Cloud Services (VBCS), Generative AI Chatbots, and Content/Knowledge development Hours Additional Information Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Location: 820 Follin Lane, Vienna, VA 221805510 Heritage Oaks Drive, Pensacola, FL 32526141 Security Drive, Winchester, VA 226029999 Willow Creek Road San Diego, CA 9213111270 Saint Johns Industrial Parkway South, Jacksonville, FL 322463300 Olympus Boulevard, Suite 550, Coppell, TX 750194 Concourse Parkway, #100, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 About Us Navy Federal provides much more than a job.
