Principal Engineering Program Manager IS - Hybrid

About the role

The Principal Engineering Program Manager will work with their Engineering counterparts to define and design solutions and services that delight caregivers and add value to Providence. The scope of this role is both broad (across a business unit) and deep (in terms of technical, process and continuous improvement required to develop and build enterprise wide IS services).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders
• Engage with caregivers
• Define the solution or service
• Manage the release
• Establish the solution/service's identity in the ecosystem
• Connect with and support the caregiver community

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
• 8 years of related experience; 8-12 years preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree, or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in a Healthcare environment

Pay

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
