Principal Engineering Leader
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About the role: The intro: "GreatAmerica is a highly successful entrepreneurial company providing equipment financing to businesses across the United States. Our exemplary customer service, our principle-centered business philosophy and our team-based operating approach are key to our success and growth. We have also recently become a bank! We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Technology Group! As Principal Engineering Leader, you will lead a high-performing team of Platform Administrators to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions across GreatAmerica’s key enterprise platforms. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive platform excellence, team growth, and business impact."
That's about the role. Could be a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: The bullet points under "As a Principal Engineering Leader, You Will" with subheadings: Team Leadership, Platform Strategy, Technical Delivery & Innovation, Architecture, Governance & Administration/Development, Integration & Data Collaboration, Collaboration & Agile Execution. Those are responsibilities.
- Requirements: Education, Experience, maybe "To Be Successful In This Role You Will Need". That includes Education, Experience, etc.
- Qualifications: Might overlap with Requirements. The posting includes "Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field. Experience 8+ years of experience in Enterprise/Salesforce Platform Administration or Systems Engineering.5+ years of technical leadership and people management preferredProven expertise in: ..." That's qualifications.
- Skills: "Skills & Abilities" list.
- Benefits: "Financial Benefits Sharing rewards..." includes list: Competitive Compensation, Monthly Bonuses for Eligible Employees, 401(k) and Company Match, Annual Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, Health, Wellbeing, And Family Planning Benefits (list), Education And Career Planning Benefits (list), Perks (list). Also maybe "Hybrid work arrangements" etc.
- Pay: Not explicitly stated. There's "Competitive Compensation" but no specific numbers. The rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive Compensation" but no specific figure. Is that enough? It says "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". "Competitive Compensation" is vague but not placeholder? It's still vague. Might be considered placeholder. Safer to not include Pay section because no specific pay figure. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." Benefits are stated (list). Pay is not specific; just "Competitive Compensation". Might be considered not stating actual pay. I'd omit Pay.
- Schedule: Not stated. No mention of schedule. So omit.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications?), Skills, Benefits. Possibly combine Education/Experience under Requirements. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements. We need to decide.
We have Education, Experience, Proven expertise in... That's qualifications. Could be under "Requirements". The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we might combine to avoid thin sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Education, Experience, Proven expertise into a single "Requirements" section. Skills separate. Benefits separate.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits.
Now we need to extract content precisely, preserving all substantive info, not inventing or summarizing away detail.
We need to convert bullet lists into - . For prose, use
.
We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting ends with "If your experience aligns closely, please apply. We value diverse backgrounds and adding new perspectives. We encourage you to apply if you can make a strong impact in this role at www.greatamerica.com/careers. Please note, applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa." That's application instructions and legal; we must remove application instructions. So drop that final paragraph.
Also remove "We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Technology Group!" maybe part of about role; keep.
Now craft HTML.
Let's draft:
