Principal Engineer - Site Design

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Leads large-scale project design from initial plan to completion
• Executes analysis and reviews for compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitors engineering processes to maximize efficiency
• Develops standards for diverse engineering activities
• Provides mentoring to enhance team technical expertise
• Supports project management with resource organization
• Collaborates with project managers to ensure project objectives are met on time and on budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of related Civil Engineering experience
• Registered professional engineer with 4+ years supervising technical personnel
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D software
• Strong communication skills and client service orientation
• Ability to generate innovative solutions to complex problems

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
